T1, Think one, one thought. It represents the concept of setting, arranging, managing and testing an LED display with one button.

Our goal is to make LED display debugging easier, saving workload and time for construction workers and users.

Features

1. No need to open the case, no need to insert PCI slot, no need to plug in additional power.
2. HDMI input port, which can be directly plugged into HDMI output such as graphics card/video processor/set-top box/player. A DVI-HDMI conversion cable extension cable can be used.
3. Support multiple standard input resolutions, support custom resolutions, the longest length is 3072 points. The highest height is 2048 points.
4. The output is 60Hz, the maximum number of display screen points is 650,000, and the LED display screen can be of any width and height.
5. Conventional display screens do not require complicated settings, and one-key completes parameters and arranges display screens.
6. The Micro USB serial port cable is connected to the computer, compatible with Jucheng screen control, and completes all complex setting functions.
7. The body is only 60mm*40mm*23mm, compact and beautiful.
8. It can be used to test the display screen when there is no computer operation on the construction site. It can be used for simple aging test display module of production line.
9. All operations are completed with one key, Chinese silk screen printing, easy to use.
10. It can be used for PWM ICs such as ICN2053, ICN2153, ICN2163, MBI5153, MBI5252, MBI5359, SUM2131, SM16259 and other PWM IC algorithms that must be driven synchronously at 60Hz, and the image has no faults and tears.
11. 8 kinds of common display parameter files can be customized, suitable for business trip construction needs.

connection method

● T1 is box-packed, one end is HDMI male, which can be directly inserted into the HDMI output port of the computer’s graphics card or set-top box, player, etc., or can be connected to the graphics card through DVI to HDMI, if the computer’s HDMI output port hinders, you can also use HDMI adapter cable connection.

● The other end of T1 has a gigabit output port, which is used to connect receiving cards, and can be adapted to all types of receiving cards of Jucheng. There is also a Micro USB interface for connecting to a computer, running the screen control software, and completing the setting of the LED display.

● T1 has red and green dual-color indicator lights. There is a button above the Micro USB. Use this button, see the indicator light prompt, short press the button or long press the button to complete the setting and arrangement of the LED display.

Instructions for use

 

1. Connect the HDMI input, network cable output, etc., and the LED indicator light will flash regularly.
2. Short press the button (short press for less than 2 seconds), the display screen will appear in turn single red, single green, single blue, single white, horizontal line, vertical line, oblique line, gradient red, gradient green, gradient blue and other test patterns. Short press 10 times to return to normal HDMI image status. If there is no button within 30 seconds, it will automatically return to the normal HDMI image state.
3. Long press the button (more than 5 seconds is a long press).
4. After pressing the button for the first time, it enters the automatic sorting state, T1 automatically detects the number of receiving cards, and initializes the size of the LED display to 1280*512 points. At present, the automatic sorting is only applicable when there is only one horizontal row of receiving cards, and the width of each receiving card is different according to the scanning mode, 16-scan tape carries a width of 256 points, and 32-scan tape carries a width of 128 points. Other scanning methods are not currently supported.
5. Short press the button, select the network cable to enter from the lower right corner.
6. Short press the button for the second time and select the network cable to enter from the lower left corner.
7. Press and hold the button for the second time to enter the receiving card parameter selection state. A total of 8 kinds of receiving card files can be pre-stored, and each short press will select the receiving card parameter files according to the pre-stored order. Keep short pressing until the display shows normal.
8. Press and hold the button for the third time to enter the red, green and blue color output sequence exchange state. Each time you short press, the red, green and blue colors on the display will be exchanged. Keep short pressing until the display normally displays images.
9. Press and hold the button for the fourth time to exit the setting state and return to the normal HDMI display image. The LED display is set up.
10. If the one-key setting cannot set the LED display correctly, you can connect the Micro USB cable and use the Jucheng screen control software to set it up.
11. At any time, if there is no button within 30 seconds, it will exit to the normal HDMI image display state.

This product can pre-store 8 HUB files, which are used to quickly light up the screen. Operation steps:

1. Open the screen control software, select "hub data operation" in "other settings"

2. Select "Open hub file" and select a commonly used hub in the folder

3. Select the hub file you need to pre-store in the T1 synchronous sending card in the list on the right

4. Click "Send Selected Hub Data" and wait for the writing to complete

5. Complete pre-save
