Therefore, the neutral line is very hot, and it will directly cause a fire after a long time. It also seriously affects the life of transformers and cables

The main reason for the excessive neutral current is the third harmonic, which is generated by the switching power supply. The process of changing AC 220V to DC 5V produces harmonics, mainly the third harmonic. The second is that the LED display is always a dynamic picture, the three phases will not be balanced, and the zero line current will also be generated.
For displays with a screen area exceeding 100m², the engineering party should advise Party A to eliminate the neutral current. The larger the screen, the more attention should be paid. This cost cannot be saved.
3. Processing method
For the display screen below 100 square meters, you can use 1) solution, that is, choose 4+1 national standard copper wire. Overall, the cost of option 3) is 40% higher than that of 2)
The zero line current of the display screen with more than 100 square meters is so harmful that it has to be taken seriously! Look at the picture of the fire display screen, basically it ignites from the bottom horizontally in the form of a fuse. In fact, the current of the zero line of the horizontal main cable is greater than that of the phase line. 2 times and the zero line copper area is not correspondingly larger than the phase line copper area 2 times, the overheating of the zero line acts as a fuse. Solution to the problem: one is to increase the copper area of the zero line; the other is to install a zero line current eliminator. But both have the common problem of low grid power factor.
